Welcome to The Lean CFO Blog

I’m going to be blogging once or twice a week about Lean Accounting, focusing on explaining Lean Accounting to accounting professionals (CPA’s, CGMA’s, CFO’s, Controllers and all others), both in private practice and public accounting.

It’s my opinion that Lean Accounting seems to be well understood by the Lean community, but is still misunderstood by the accounting profession. So I hope to start conversations in an effort to make lean accounting understood and accepted by the accounting profession.
